Though mild, the tablets really do you good. They produce a relaxing effect and work within half hour of intake. I am usually unable to sleep before 1.5 to 2 hours of laying down for the night. But with these tablets the time has reduced to half hour to 45 minutes.

It's really good alternative for sleeping pills...I have insomnia....it helps me sleep and it has no side effects so far....

Would not recommend this product to anyone, I usually don’t have side effects with anything but having this gave me such a bad stomach ache for two hours straight, instead of 10mg I tried 3 mg by breaking the tablet, still the same, highly disappointed

Keep your body mind and heart healthy by giving yourself a sound sleep...i always had a sleeping problem but ya this product help me feel relaxed and less anxious.....
